At Manu Vilca, we strive to offer flexible and comprehensive agreements to ensure an optimal experience. We reserve the right to modify our services when necessary to ensure the well-being of our tourists.   • Force Majeure: In exceptional circumstances, such as problems with flight or train tickets or price increases due to protests, we may have to charge additional fees. Although these cases are rare, we want you to be informed in advance.
  • Risks: We understand that all types of tourism carry risks. By participating in our tours, you knowingly accept these risks. However, we are committed to minimising any danger and offering all facilities to ensure your safety.

To make a reservation, please contact us in writing or by email at manuvilcaperu@gmail.com. We will respond to you via the same means with confirmation and payment details before your trip. Any modification must be approved by our reservations department to be valid.
It is important that all communication, such as confirmations or cancellations, be made through the indicated emails: manuvilcaperu@gmail.com.

To secure your tour to Manu, a deposit of $100 per person is required. In the case of tours or packages of more than 7 days, the initial deposit will be 30% of the total. In the case of tours or packages of more than 7 days, the initial deposit will be 30% of the total.

  • No Show: If a passenger does not show up on the scheduled tour date, 100% of the fare will be charged. We also apply this fee to cancellations made 24 hours before the tour. If a reconfirmed passenger cancels 30 days in advance, a 30% penalty will be applied for administrative costs. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will incur a penalty of 20% of the deposit.
  • Prepayments: Prepayments must be made within the indicated periods: for groups, 30 days in advance; for independent passengers (FITs), 10 days in advance. For last minute reservations, please coordinate with our Reservations Department to verify availability.

We recommend that travelers have insurance that covers any unforeseen events, such as accidents, medical expenses or air rescue. Vilca Expeditions will always be willing to provide you with the necessary documentation for any insurance claim.

Reglas de conservación

  1. Pernoctar en el lugar indicado en el programa y permiso.
  2. Visitar solo áreas autorizadas
  3. No interferir en las actividades de los guarda parques e investigadores
  4. No establecer contacto con pobladores nativos y respetar sus costumbres.
  5. No colectar especies de flora y fauna.
  6. No portar armas de fuego.
  7. No ingresar implementos de caza y pesca.
  8. Acatar las disposiciones la jefatura del Parque y su personal de Guarda
    Parques.
  9. Otorgar facilidades al Guarda Parques a las inspecciones que se efectué en
    la embarcación que los transporta.
  10. El Ingreso al Manu Zona Reservada es a partir del Puesto de vigilancia
    Limonal, a la zona de Campamentos Otorongo, Salvador y Casa
    Matshiguenka.
  11. No molestar, ni alimentar a los animales silvestres.
  12. Colocar la basura en los tachos o al salir del área. Llévala contigo.
  13. No destruyas o escribas o rayes los letreros, tachos, u otra infraestructura.
  14. Comunicar a los guarda parque cualquier hecho anormal que observes
    durante tu visita.

Conservation rules

  1. Spend the night at the place indicated in the program and permit.

  5. Do not collect flora and fauna species.
  6. Do not carry firearms.
  7. Do not bring hunting and fishing equipment.
  8. Comply with the provisions of the Park management and its Park Ranger staff.
  9. Provide facilities to the Park Ranger for inspections carried out on the vessel that transports them.
  10. Entry to the Manu Reserved Zone is from the Limonal surveillance post, to the Otorongo, Salvador and Casa Matshiguenka Campgrounds.
  11. Do not disturb or feed wild animals.
  12. Place trash in the bins or take it with you when leaving the area.
  13. Do not destroy, write on, or scratch signs, bins, or other infrastructure.
  14. Report any abnormal events you observe to the park rangers during your visit.
